Business Planning
Entity Formation

Working with a wide variety of new and established businesses throughout Central Indiana, we provide legal advice and assistance to for-profit corporations, professional corporations, nonprofit corporations (with specific expertise working with religious groups), and limited liability corporations. We work with all types of partnerships, from formation to the resolution of partner disputes. Our attorneys also have experience in shareholder disputes with corporations, breach of contract or breach of fiduciary duties, and cases requiring injunctions and restraining orders.

We act as general counsel for several types of clients, including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, LLCs, banks, hospitals, educational entities, and governmental entities. In this role, our attorneys serve as the central point for legal issues, which may be handled in-house or referred to other counsel, depending on the nature of the legal problem.
