As Director of Operations, Ms. Bell is responsible for Human Resources and the general administration of our offices in Muncie and New Castle. In addition, she oversees the marketing for all of our offices, handling the firm’s various marketing initiatives including internal and external communications, client development, networking, event planning, and maintaining the firm’s digital presence.
