Daniel practices in our firm’s Immigration Practice Group in Fishers. Prior to joining the firm,
Daniel focused his practice on family law and litigation. Daniel graduated from IUPUI in 2009
and from IU McKinney School of Law in 2018 where he served as Vice President of the
Hispanic Law Society and as Executive Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review. Daniel speaks
both English and Spanish fluently and regularly serves Spanish speaking clients in a wide scope
of legal matters.

disabilities in Central Indiana. Daniel also participates in the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic
Violence satellite attorney program, providing legal assistance to survivors of domestic violence
in Indiana.
