Congratulations to Jim Williams. who received a Sagamore of the Wabash Award from Governor Eric Holcomb, presented by Muncie Community Schools CEO Lee Ann Kwiatkowski and Ball State University President Geoffrey Mearns. It is the highest honor a Hoosier can receive—a personal tribute usually given to those who rendered distinguished service to the state or to the governor.
