DeFur Voran Adds Four Lawyers
Muncie-based DeFur Voran has announced the addition of four attorneys. The long-standing Millikan Law Office in New Castle has joined with DeFur Voran. Jim Millikan and the firm’s predecessors have performed the general practice of law in Henry County for decades. Jim has recently retired as Deputy Prosecutor and will continue his practice at 1315 Broad Street in New Castle. Joining him from time to time in Henry County will be David Brock and Jon Madison, senior attorney and partner, who also maintain offices in Muncie. The firm handles a variety of legal matters, but the New Castle office focuses on estate planning and administration, business transactions and general litigation. The various offices offer a wide range of legal services is available to clients in the central Indiana area.
Veteran litigator Paul Fulkerson, along with two of his associates, Jarryd Anglin and Mary Beth Duggal, have joined DeFur Voran’s Fishers office. Paul is a Purdue graduate, with his law degree from Notre Dame. Jarryd is an Indiana University Law graduate, and Mary Beth has degrees from Butler and IU Law – Indianapolis. The focus of this group will be defense litigation and defense of workers compensation claims.
