DeFur Voran LLP announces the addition Tracey Eberhardt and Gabriel Eberhardt to the firm’s Lafayette office. 

Tracey is an experienced lawyer and family law mediator. She graduated from Butler University in 2006 and from the Valparaiso University School of Law (cum laude) in 2011.  Tracey also represents clients in the areas of family law, estate planning and probate.  

Gabriel is a 2008 graduate of North Dakota State University and received his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011.  He represents individuals and small businesses in disputes ranging from tort, contract, fiduciary, and property matters. 

Tracey and Gabe reside in Lafayette with their 2 children and have been involved in a variety of community service activities in Tippecanoe County including United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brother/Big Sisters, and the Civic Theater of Greater Lafayette.
