At the August 25 Muncie Community School Board Meeting, the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County presented Jim Williams with the David Sursa Leadership Award. Ball State President Geoff Mearns and MCS Superintendent Lee Ann Kwiatkowski nominated him for the award.  This award is given annually to a nonprofit board member who displays the characteristics and commitment fo community expressed by visionary leader David Sursa.  There is no one more well-deserving.  Congratuations, Jim.
