Congratulations to Nick Tokar, the new Chairman of the Board of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.  Since 1894, the Chamber has been an integral part of Muncie and Delaware County.  We are proud of the work that Nick does throughout the community and will continue to do with the Chamber in the coming year.
