Gregory J. Cagnassola

Greg provides legal services to both personal and business clients. With his accounting background and business experience, he specializes in organizing new businesses and advising businesses on a variety of contracts and agreements including consulting agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, purchase agreements, and sales agreements. Mr. Cagnassola uses these same skills and his knowledge of tax law to develop estate plans and manage estate administration matters. Before joining DeFur Voran in 2002, Greg served as Corporate Counsel for Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Inc. (a multi-billion dollar forest products company with 55 locations throughout the U.S. and Latin America) for over 10 years.
