Joe works with clients in the areas of business, government, real estate, land use and zoning, property taxes, and economic development and redevelopment.  He is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was named as a Webster Scholar during law school.  Joe has served as counsel for counties, cities, towns, townships, administrative boards, and elected officials and has also represented numerous business and individuals in the fireworks industry.  Joe is an avid golfer and he and his daughter enjoy supporting the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps
