Scott’s practice consists exclusively of litigation in the federal and state courts. He represents corporate and individual clients in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on employment law, business disputes, white collar criminal defense, and personal injury. Prior to joining DeFur Voran, Mr. Shockley was Deputy and Chief Deputy District Attorney in Denver, Colorado. He then served as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. He has also served as Corporate Counsel for the City of Muncie.
