We’re extremely pleased to share that Chuck Todd is joining us as Of Counsel primarily in the New Castle office.

Chuck grew up in Hagerstown, Indiana, raised his family there, and continues to live in Hagerstown.  Chuck served as a Wayne County Probation Officer while he attended law school at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and, upon graduation, served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William Garrard of the Indiana Court of Appeals.  He operated a law office (Todd Law Office in Cambridge City, Indiana) for approximately twelve (12) years, serving clients in a variety of legal needs, including estate planning, probate administration, business entity formation and ongoing administration, and municipal law, representing several municipal clients.  He also served as a part-time deputy prosecutor from 1999 to 2003. 

He served as Judge of Wayne Superior Court No. 1 for almost sixteen (16) years, from 2009 through 2024, initially being appointed by then Governor Mitch Daniels to fill a vacancy, and then subsequently being elected to two (2) six (6) year terms, concluding his service as judge at the end of 2024, opting not to run for an additional term.

Chuck intends to practice in alternative dispute resolution, business, real estate and estate work. Please join us in welcoming him.
