Stuckey and Nizamoff Join Fisher’s Office
DeFur Voran LLP recently announced the addition of two new attorneys to the firm. John M. Stuckey, as partner, and Nicholas C. Nizamoff, of counsel, will practice primarily out of the firm’s Fishers office.
Mr. Stuckey focuses his practice on Design and Construction, Professional Liability, Employment, and Commercial Litigation. John has practiced in both the Lafayette and Indianapolis areas and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. He earned his law degree from the College of William & Mary in 1989.
Mr. Nizamoff represents clients in several areas including Commercial Litigation, Design Professional Business Counseling and Negotiations, Professional Liability Defense of Architects, Engineers, and Attorneys and Accountants. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College and earned his law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1969. Nick has been practicing law in the Indianapolis area for the past 44 years.
